Bio.design at InOut 2026: Connections, Design and New Perspectives
From October 14 to 16, we returned to Rimini for InOut | The Hospitality Community, one of the leading events dedicated to hospitality, design and outdoor living, organised by Italian Exhibition Group alongside TTG Travel Experience.
Three days filled with meetings and new opportunities, during which we had the pleasure of presenting our solutions to industry professionals, architects, designers and hospitality operators.
The exhibition brought together companies and professionals from across the hospitality industry, from indoor and outdoor furnishings to technology, swimming pools and wellness solutions, as well as beach facilities and emerging forms of open-air accommodation.
It provided an opportunity to explore how innovation, design and a growing focus on guest experiences are shaping the future of hospitality.
EXIST, the theme of the 2026 edition, encouraged reflection on the value of authentic experiences, the importance of people and the creation of spaces that leave a lasting impression beyond aesthetics. It highlighted the relationship between places, materials and landscapes, placing genuine, memorable experiences at the centre of design. This vision closely reflects the Bio.design philosophy: creating spaces where nature, design and wellbeing come together, turning the swimming pool into an experience to be enjoyed in every dimension.
This year, we chose to present the Bio.design world through a new exhibition concept, developed in collaboration with Tecnolab SpA. Our centrally located stand, open on all four sides, was designed to highlight the distinctive identities of our products and invite visitors to discover them.
On one side, the Bio.design area featured an organically shaped Beach Pool and a large LED wall displaying a selection of videos showcasing some of our most remarkable projects. These installations illustrated the versatility of Bio.design technology and its ability to integrate into different architectural and landscape settings.
On the other side, ICONIA, our modular above-ground mini pool, was presented in a more intimate setting inspired by a contemporary terrace. The space demonstrated how even compact outdoor areas can become inviting places dedicated to relaxation, comfort and everyday wellbeing.
Two distinct environments, united by the same attention to design and the way outdoor spaces are experienced. Every detail of the stand was carefully considered, with materials and furnishings enhancing the individual character of each product while expressing our vision of outdoor living.
Special thanks go to Tecnolab SpA for the design and construction of our stand, to Livintwist for the elegant outdoor armchairs and coffee table that enhanced the spaces and made them even more welcoming, to Mat for the Corten steel elements surrounding the Bio.design pool, and to Prato Sempre Verde for the artificial grass that completed the installation, enhancing its natural appearance.
Beyond the exhibition itself, InOut 2026 once again proved to be a valuable opportunity to connect and exchange ideas with industry professionals, allowing us to strengthen existing partnerships, establish new contacts and gain valuable insights into the future of hospitality and outdoor living.
Engaging with designers and industry operators allows us to better understand evolving market needs and explore the possibilities offered by our technologies, particularly in the hospitality sector, where outdoor spaces increasingly contribute to defining the identity and value of hotels, resorts and other accommodation facilities.
We return from Rimini with fresh inspiration and new opportunities for collaboration, ready to continue our journey of research and innovation, developing solutions that combine design freedom, aesthetics and wellbeing.
Thank you to everyone who visited our stand, to the partners who contributed to its creation and to the entire Bio.design team for their dedication and professionalism throughout these three days.
