In July 2022, Antonio Filippi, joins Biodesign as CEO. After 15 years of expertise in DAB USA Mr.Filippi decides to seize a new challenge and “dive” himself in the pool’s world, taking the leadership of one of the most innovative realities in the pool sector.

Antonio Filippi, Biodesign’s CEO, has stated to be really excited to undertake this new personal and professional adventure. He considers Biodesign as a young and fast growing company bearer of an innovative pool experience.

The CEO concludes saying that Biodesign looks to the future with optimism, engaging itself to an oversea growth and pursuing to export its new pool ideal.

In 2021, Star Capital, a Private Equity fund with headquarters in Milan decides to acquire the majority of the shares of A.p.i. Italia SRL group, establishing Biodesign S.p.A.

Thanks to this takeover, Biodesign, will enter the global market with relevant investments, strengthening its presence in the pool sector.
